An impressive 45 carat oval faceted and deeply saturated amethyst gracefully set framed in a scrolling foliate under a sapphire crown and embellished by rubies, emeralds, sapphires, diamonds and oriental pearls, Masterfully hand fabricated in 14 karat yellow gold and darkened silver. Weight 25.7 grams. Measures 7x3 cm. Made in 2nd half of 19th century, circa 1880 Truly special.
